Pre-Sales Engineer

Department: Direct Sales
Location: Basingstoke

MISSION STATEMENT

Protect our customers’ brand value and reputation.  We ensure the privacy and integrity of our customers’ intellectual property, innovation, investments, competition, management and rights.

POSITION SUMMARY

InteliSecure’s Security Consultants are service delivery experts who manage and align client business priorities with critical asset protection strategies. They leverage this expertise during the pre-sales process as well to help win new business.  As subject matter experts on a wide spectrum of information security models, best practices, and operational strategies, our Security Consultants reduce clients’ security risk by mapping technology to organizational processes and resources.

The Security Consultant is responsible for working closely with the Sales organization on pre-sales activities to include client meetings, presentations, proposal and RFP builds.  In addition, this position will require a personality who can deliver our services with high quality on a consistent basis.

Time will be split between pre-sales and consulting delivery.  Time spent will fluctuate based on activity of the sales team and backlog of service delivery.  The expectation is that 60-80% of time will be spent on pre-sales support with 20-40% of time spent on  delivery.  Time not on the road will be spent generating reports, templates and associated documentation. With the Director of Consulting Services, the Security Consultant will work with InteliSecure’s internal teams to insure quality delivery and transition of projects and develop new and innovative products and services for the company. Training will be provided to the chosen candidate on InteliSecure’s proprietary consultancy methodology, and relevant technology tools.

The consultant will ensure all tasks performed adhere to the firm’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).  This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that InteliSecure is constantly improving upon the organization’s ISMS.  Each member of our team must understand the importance of the ISMS and the subsequent handling of customer data.
